Drumming Down the Sun

Drumming is an age old practice used in ceremonies, rituals, communication, music, dance, celebrations and healing. The first sound we ever heard was the heartbeat in the womb. Studies have shown that the immune system increases after drumming. Join us, to honor and appreciate mother earth as we drum down the sun. Allow the rhythm of the drum to connect you to your own heartbeat as well as the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Bring your own drum or come use one of ours, as available.
